- Prepare your teeth
Dry your teeth with a clean towel. Open one strip packet and identify the upper and lower strips. - Apply the strips
Place the longer strip on your upper teeth and the shorter strip on your lower teeth. Make sure the gel side is facing your teeth. - Adjust for full contact
Gently press the strips with your fingers so they fully cover the visible surface of your teeth. Fold any excess strip behind your teeth. - Leave on for 30 minutes
Keep the strips on for 30 minutes. Avoid eating, drinking, or talking too much during use. - Remove and rinse
Remove the strips and rinse your mouth with water. If any gel remains, gently brush your teeth or rinse again.
Note: Some gel may remain on your teeth after removing the strips. This is normal and can be easily removed with water or gentle brushing.
